Sacroiliitis causes pain in the lower back and / or the buttocks. The pain could also radiate down to the legs. It can also affect the groin and the feet.
The pain can get aggravated by:
• standing for long periods of time
• unequal weight distribution, meaning, weight more weight on one leg than the other
• climbing stairs
• taking big strides
• wrong postures
